The Pool
Residents of BFHomes can enjoy a quick dip or a long swim in our community pool. Others enjoy relaxing under our new poolside shade arbor & nipa huts. Although there is no lifeguard on duty and adults and children are responsible for their own safety, the pool offers a cool respite on a warm day. The pool typically remains open the whole year.

The Clubhouse
The Clubhouse is a central gathering area for UBFHAI Social Events. In warmer wea-ther, the back patio and pool provides a breath of fresh air and are available for rent for poolside parties and functions.  All rental requests should be made through UBFHAIManagement.

The Park
The park is the focal point of our community. Many homes border the edge of the park. These residents enjoy beautiful views from their home and yards. A pavilion and other facilities are available for rent for birthday parties, weddings and other functions.

Recreation

There's something for everyone at UBFHAI Theme Park. Children have lots of fun playing in the tot lot area. Other residents take to the Volley Ball court for a game. Many bring their families for picnics at the many huts inside the park. There is a walk around the perimeter of the parks for joggers or just a leisurely walk.
